What happens to products with no cost?

They're excluded from margin and reported as a count plus the share of revenue they represent. Treating a missing cost as zero would overstate margin, which is the single easiest way for an analytics tool to lie to you.

Do I have to re-upload after changing a cost?

No. Costs are stored against SKUs and every margin figure recomputes over the export you already have.
